Valve springs installation

Hi guys,

I like to know if the ITR valve springs have top and bottom side.

I know the diference from color (intake and exhaust side), but i need to know the position to instal...

My budy told me the end that has the tighter coils is the bottom and goes to valve seat, can you confirm?

In the service manual i dont see anything

Place the end of valve spring with closely wound coils toward the cylinder head, that's it
