torque settings for b16b engine

guys I'm in the middle of rebuilding my ek9 engine and need the torque settings from head bolts to conrod cap nuts. I have seen a couple of threads and maps online with settings but they all say diff things could someone point me in the right direction for the proper ones

A b16b workshop manual seems hard to find mate, Have a look at hondahookup.com for integra b18c manual. Specs should be the same fpr b16b.
