heal and toe is easy to teach your self. first practice blipping the trottle on down shifts to get a feel for rev matching, then practice doing it with your heal wile litely pressing the brake with your toe(takes a wile to get the feel rite and you may nut the steering wheel a few times!) do this when away from traffic. you will slowly get the hang of it. then get out on track to master it to the full! it helps you be so much smoother, thus faster into corners!
