The 9's Replacement

Well, after I sold my 9, I finally picked up it's replacement last Thursday. It's a nice change, completely different car.

Few pics after a little detail on Saturday.

Completely different change! But i see you couldnt get away from silver :p

lol yeah, I was originally after blue, but saw this one, and thought it looked quite good with the blue ST stripes, and at a decent price I went for it.

@RyanDOHC completely different car mate, nice and torquey, but little steering feel compared to the 9, doesn't feel anywhere near as planted if you were to throw it into a corner even with the eibach springs on it.

But, I was after something more comfortable and it hit the nail on the head really. I think there quite a lot of car for the money now. 5 pot does sound cool :p
 
Congrats mate nice car, thought about a new RS myself but dont think they are worth the price tag sadly :(
 
Lovely car. They sound absolutely fabulous with a de-cat and a good exhaust system on them, proper 5 cylinder bellow with lots of crackles, pops and garggles on the over run. How much did you pay if you don't mind me asking?
 
Gotta love the volvo 5 cylinder's.. Howling down the road..

Looks nice and clean, bet its a fair different drive to the 9'. I had a bit of a do against an Orange ST in my EK9 a few weeks back :nice:
 
Nice car, will find it hard to find a replacement tho. EK9's engine and handling are second to none

looks real nice mate :) love th sts but i would love an rs they look sooo evil on the roads :)

EK9 was a good car, but the ST is a welcome replacement :)

Cheers, yeah I'll definitely get it mapped at some point. Currently has a mountune exhaust which is very quiet and eibach lowering springs.
 
yeh mate i looked at a jansport one and they were wanting something like 25k for a 2 year old one haha silly money on top of running costs
