I'm going to be constructive here, so again this is NOT a knock down Tegiwa review and I don't wish for anyone else to jump onto the back of this to give them a kicking.
I bought an X brace and 3 point strut brace from them and maybe some other bits. Transaction smooth and normal delivery times are very good.
However, I had problems with both my items. X brace had missing part (which was sent out later quickly) If it came with fitting instructions it would of been a lot easier to install, subsequent requests for help were kind of ignored, sometimes not all questions are answered on email/PM (could improve on customer service and attention to detail)
3 point strut brace didn't fit, mainly mis-aligned holes and didn't touch the firewall (out by 13mm). The replacement fits better, but I still had to get a drill out to modify the holes, still 3-4mm away from firewall, but just about do-able to make it fit. By the way, the 2 bolts to connect to the firewall are NOT supplied as standard, but best ask Tegiwa before buying.
All that said, replacement items were sent to me eventually.
My honest conclusion is, although issues are resolved gradually, just don't expect the response to be rapid all the time like some other dealers. I accept sometimes products can be faulty and to be fair Johnny does a good job on here in terms of reassurance/communication and makes the experience less painful.
As a customer I sometimes feel under valued and I have dealt with lots of people/companies over the last 12 years of modifying cars. If their customer service improves and is at the top with the likes of Julian at RareRims & Stewart at FreakyParts just to name a few..... then no doubt I will come back time and time again. Right now I have a slight reluctance in the back of my mind until the buyer experience improves, which is a shame
