swap help

swapped a 95 sir2 b16 into em1 civic si chassis got it running started right up no check engine lights good to go running like **** lopes and extremly low idle checked map tps dizzy eacv throttle body timing all check out no vaccum leaks its running obd 1 i have tried multiple ecus still no luck any input much appreciated

i don't wanna sound negative but have you checked compression, it might be a hurt motor

negative no anything will help at this point ,not yet but I just picked this up from hmo and it was supposed to already have been tested but as of now im on it .....thanks

compression is good 220 across the board noticed when I took the plugs out they were black as all hell and these are new plugs just got black from starting up
