Still confused in which headlight is which!

Guys im still stuck into which headlight i should get either the Electrical screw or Bajonet one?
Iv found a description and im wondering if anyone can help me further into which one is the right one the link is

headlight for what? does it have the switch in the car to change the beam level? etc.. the more info you give the better the help you will recieve!

oh yeh... its for a facelift civic (EJ9) and yeah it does have a switch in the car to control beam level.
