Not really much to update on the teg, since I got it on the road I have just been enjoying driving it daily.
I had the car mapped by Romain on Monday. Met him at Surrey rolling road. It made 230.9bhp and 175LbFt. Very happy with how it runs now. Vtec engages at 4,000rpm now when hard on throttle which makes it abit more interesting
Had a small photoshoot with a few of the boys down South Wales area over the weekend with Al from E11evens and the pictures came out awesome.
Only thing left to do now is get some track days booked!
i bet your loving it now. i know everytime i jump in mine it sure puts a smile on my face!
i'd be up for a meet, im in bristol so not far from you guys, be good to see your car, looks fresh!
im on 3rd engine cause of crack in the sump caused me to spin a bearing and 2nd was cause i ran a cai in the rain without arch liner, it blew 2 holes in my block and f'ed my rad too. stupid mistakes really, oh well you live n learn...!
Went to Cadwell park last weekend for a track day.
Was my first track day since having the k20 and cage fitted and I'm more than happy with how it performed.
The steel sump was about £100 from spirit9 and got the baffle for £140 second hand.
The baffle is a clockwise orange drop in baffle for the k20a2 sump.
The baffle dosent sit in the k24 sump off the shelf I had to trim it down a fair amount

Went to the South Wales Honda meet last weekend, really good turn out for us and weather was amazing. Won a 'Best engine bay' trophy too!
And a mate popped down in his track b16b ej over the weekend.
Have a 16 row oil cooler, thermostatic sandwich plate and braided oil lines on there way for the teg now to try and keep the temps down on track so will be fitting that as soon as it comes then 4 hours of open pit at donington for japfest 2!
Was my first track day since doing the k20 swap and having the roll cage fitted.
The car performed better than I had expected. Done well against some much bigger powered cars, the handling was spot on and the extra power from the K20 came in very handy! Made the 5 1/2 hour trip up to Cadwell, full day on the track doing around 200track miles and 5 1/2hours home with ease and still got me to work the next day
