Stem seals need replacing?

Havent been using my eg for a while now and start it up every couple weeks and thats it. Only just noticed a lot of white smoke once the engine has warmed up, when its cold and for the first 5 minutes or so it doesn't smoke.

Could it be stem seals need replacing or does it sound like condensation in the exhaust and only blowing out once warm?

Burning oil will produce blue smoke, and usually puff a little on first start up, and when accelerating following over run, however it's not always visible if you have a catalytic converter,
What your seeing is likely condensation

yeah im hoping its condensation, if stem seals need replacing does it smoke as soon as the cars started does anyone know?
