Finished my dash holder. It come out much better than I thought

It's made of 1mm steel:

but I made it lighter:

TBH I ordered this from Race Technology for CRX :thumbright:

and here is the final result:

Still some work left: to flock the dashboard; to paint all the metal parts in matt black.

Some more progress on the project. If someone is interested I have those roof's and air vents for sale. > PM for more details.

Had to cut the roof to put another "roof":

Some fitting modifications done and "roof" glued in place.

Later air vent got on with a hole inside for a fresh air:

Roof without paint/vinyl wrap and glue weights from 3 to 3,6kg. OEM modified one, without sunroof electronics, etc. weighted about 7,5kg. You can imagine how much it weights with everything rom factory

Connecting Dash 2 with ability to get back to OEM...

I decided to mount DL1 on the shifter table. It will be easy to access.

Here you can see how 30mm spacer look on the back

Who uses QUAIFE steering rack on here? Any feedback? I am thinking about to fit 2.83 LTL steering rack pinions?
