Guys i need your help so i can fix the problem ASAP.
I am very fussy when it comes to stuff like these-

On saturday night i was driving me EK9 while trying to pull on to the motorway and put me foot down, i saw some smoke in vtec but couldnt tel the colour. def not white. looked black/greyish.
Never smoked before but the exhaust pops alot and very loud lately.
I got black spots on my rear bumper after a wash in minutes (assuming is from the exhaust poping alot and spits out unburnt fuel)???? is it overfueling?

I am guessing it can be a numours of things such as-
Oxygen O2 Sensor (but no cel code)
Valve stem seals???
Recently changed fuel filter and full service with 0w-30 Motul oil and oem oil filter

Only mods on the B16B engine is RMF narrow header, decat, Monster sport exhaust AEM v2 filter.

Any ideas what it can be lads need it sorted out ASAP cant have my car like this

How many miles ago have you done a oil change?

If so, check the dipstick to see how much oil is in there?

I'm running a DECAT in my EK9 now, and know it lets out loads of nasty gas and poison :(

If it is burning loads of oil, maybe get the engine looked at by a Honda specialist.

the car burns no oil. The oil gets changed every 5k. The oil on the dipstick is on the top mark like it always is and never let it run nowhere near the lower dot.
The current mileage on the car is 78,000 kilometers.

If the smoke is only in vtec then I'd say valve stem seals, if it's all the time wrong air/fuel ratio ie. O2 lambda sensor is broke.

Is it down in power ? That 0w 30 isnt going to help if your stem seals are worn, i think its way to thin. Try a decent 10w 40 and report back.

black soot on the rear bumper, sounds like its running rich, but could also be oil out the tail as well.

With your bolt on mods, did you have the ECU tuned or are you running stock?

Firstly, put your dam cat back on or get a high flow cat.

i have a stock ecu. I should try a thicker oil then than a 0w-30 motul oil?
10w-30 maybe??
i need this sorted guys its doing my head'in :angry2:
only does it in vtec if i floor it if i do it slowly nothing comes out

If you think its the oil, go from 30 to 40. i.e 10/40. But again, this is not a fix, its a band-aid, which eventually will also fail over time.

If its running rich, you need to get it tuned and put back on your cat.

you're running rich than before. you didn't notice this before because maybe the old fuel filter has somewhat restricted flow. try having your car tuned, you'll lose the smoke and gain some hp. hope this helps

there are no good tuners whom i know that can tune hondata or power fc where i live.
Shall i go for a ecu such as spoon, mugen or a pherable????

You should'nt have a problem with the stock ecu if thats what your running. If anythink i'd say with the mods you have it will be running slightly leaner compared to a totally stock engine.

Like i said in my post try a thicker oil....

shall i try what honda recommends 10w-30? I been using 0w-40 though for 2 years now and no problem what so ever never smoked or any black spots how can it be the problem all of a sudden?
Shall i start by changing the o2 sensor but again i have no check light

Go by what Honda recommend for a stock or lightly modded engine like yours. You will not get better advise anywhere than what they recommend.

Your ecu isn't using your 02 sensor on wide open throttle so i doubt its got anything to do with it.

most likely burning oil if bluish smoke especially in vtec common no big deal depending on how fast ur burning it.

Mine used to smoke on vtec and on the overrun from high revs decellerating. Blue smoke that is, from the rebuild they noticed some of my exhaust valve guides were worn.

il try some 10w-30 then see how it goes

If you were using 0/40 and your going to 5/30 or 10/30, your burning oil issue will get worse. Why would you think using a thinner oil would be better?
