Skunk2 or tegiwa

Tegiwa:

Has the issue with one of the bolt holes not lining up been solved, or was that just a one-off?

Also, when installing the manifold to an EK4 (standard), would I need a separate bracket if I wanted to make use of the rear one on the manifold?

Bolt holes are all sorted. Only the first batch had one slightly out of alignment.

Most people don't run the back bracket. Most headers don't even have the bracket.

I supprt Tegiwa all the way the manifold does look really good, good welds also with proven gains and quality whats not to like?

Stop moaning people who are, its like saying you are going to try and have a go at ASDA next because they have their own version of Kelloggs Coco Pops , wow im sh*ting my pants too, cause if ASDA carry on like this Kelloggs will go bust and we will get no new kinds of cereal.

Tegiwa :nice: keep up the great work for all us non millionaire's who dont cre@m our p@nts over a Toda badge

Personally if it was me, and the choice was other of those two; I would choose Skunk2 simply because in my opinion I believe they are the more reputable company. But if it was my own choice in general I would mainly be interested into Race-Tech's manifolds

Yes you're getting something cheaper but at what cost ? If people always buy the cheap knock off like tegiwa then the company who designed them will go out of business.

Means no new parts will be developed and eventually companies like tegiwa would go bust as they're not designing their own parts and will have no one else to copy.

Wholesale SUB FRAME LOWER TIE BAR REAR FOR EK (silver, golden) with BEAKS Sticker

Look familiar ? It's the tegiwa brace but without the tegiwa sticker. If you're going to buy copies might as well go to the source and cut out the middle men.

That is the most ridiculous statement I have ever heard. People are always going to be able to afford the real deal and spend £800+ just for a manifold. Companies like tegiwa are giving good parts with proven results at a lower price meaning people who cant afford to have the spoon, toda, mugen and whatever else parts can still get into scene and modify cars at a slightly more affordable price! Which is perfect at the moment considering out current economic climate!
