skunk 2 manifold installed now serious vibrations

hey anyone does anyone have any info on this as I cant seem to find anything . I got a SK2 manifold fitting on a b18c1 which I have in my eg9 and since I got it fitted when I vtec I get a serious vibration in throttle pedal any ideas

vibration in throttle pedal? any more info?
 
when Im in 1st gear and I Vtec at 5200 , that when Vtec kicks in, my accelerator pedal vibrates real bad and sends the vibration up my foot I was told if mite be SK2 Mani hitting the firewall but cant see any sign of it hitting it
