Whats the catch? do you have to pay import taxes, duties when the items arrive? because when you add things to the cart and get a shipping quote they come back half decent. would buy some things off it but cant understand why the prices seem almost reasonable!?!

I'm pretty sure you will be having to pay import duties etc as the stuff will be coming direct from japan.

oh, poo! so at least another 20% on the price plus whatever extra the postal services charge + £25 usually.

Like injection import on facebook, matt can source any jdm part. He has a website aswell.

Ive got a few things on order with him that were cheaper than main uk dealers

With All websites out of europe you have to pay customs,
Rhdjapan seems pretty cheap

I just ordered £500 worth of crap, some mine and some for a friend.. I asked the guys to mark as gift and I've been tracking the parcel.. It's currently in customs (Coventry).. so I'll let you know how that gets on. I made the order around mid Feb, but wanted to add a few things and didn't get it sorted till last Wednesday. Left Japan on Friday and it's in the UK already.. I'm pretty much expending an import tax bill before they will finish the delivery

Is this the guy based in Scotland? Think I bought something from him on eBay lol

Did you not get an email to pre pay any charges?

I ask as I did when I ordered exhaust via them few months ago, was DHL I clicked as courier to use via them and when order was in transit I got email to pay charge.

Charge was minimal as RHD marked low value and even covered info on box with brown paper without me asking.
Fast turnaround and great service.

*expecting (typo on previous post)

I went with EMS (Japan's Parcel Force), and now Parcel Force are dealing with it the now. So I'm not sure what they've marked it as. But no email as of yet.

Last time I ordered my custom seats from america, Fedex sent me the seats first, then the bill after :S so I guess everyone works differently. UPS ask you to pay on the spot with the card machine thingy. I think Parcel Force send you a bill and you take it to the depot where your stuff is located and you take the bill there and pay then get your stuff.. I've always wanted to order stuff off RHD and this is like the first time in 4 years haha

I used DHL from options as I know once parcelforce get their hands on it and is duty they automatically add a handling charge.

Hope it works out for you, I saved a small fortune compared to UK pricing.

This is the way it is when you get stuff from rhd. I got 4 big boxes of stuff received all the stuff then a week later fedex import bill came £52. which isn't to bad considering 4 boxes. And got from nengun to and they use parcel force once it get to this side and they make you pay before releasing the package. Plus u have to pick it up at the depot rhd ftw il be using them again in the next few months. Go for it ELCHUNK :)

might well do, looking to change exhaust systems as i want a different look from the big tip exhaust, plus the skunk2 is a tad loud!

Wen u order pick the EMS option for shipping, I orderd using fedex an got stung I used EMS for a much bigger order an no import tax, it was only my first time using them but a friend uses EMS wenever ordering parts from USA or japan an hasn't got stung yet,

Ordered quite a few parts of them last week that should have arrived by now.. Was told that they havent got the items in yet??

some of the stuff seems to have lead times.

i guess so!
How long of a lead time would you say for spoon parts??
was expecting parts in tomorrow so...

hopefully it'll get sorted!

I have used this company many times for toda parts . Great prices even with import tax a hell of a lot cheaper than tdi north

I've bought from them before mate, no worries at all. Once it arrives in Uk, you'll have to pay customs and that should be it (how i've done it with them in the past, anyway).

Just purchased more bits from them.. Including a new wing
