Awesome!

What the Little Lotus running?!? Any more shots of it? :D

Love that s2k, found myself looking at them this week :s

I should have known that Ek9'ers would like the light weight Lotus.

There are a few other pictures I believe and will post them up later of the same Lotus. [on the other laptop at home]

Following a few Lotus out on track, could have been the drivers in them, but they are very tail happy from my point of view following them. They seem to be a hand full out on track. Felt the need to get around them ASAP to avoid any "issues" that they may cause. hehe

cool photo's! Any more pictures of the vett's and US cars? :thanks:

Cool bunch of shots man, Loving the race look of the S2K .. The viper lerking in the bottom picture looks SICK also :D

What's with the taped on numbers on the car's. Do they do timing for you on trackdays over there or is it just to make it easier for the marshalls?

Yes and yes
transponders are on cars as well.

post session meetings happen as well, car numbers on the back of cars are required to be used for the meeting if there are issues out on track between drivers.

I wish my coupe would look as good as this!

Not hard to do with a white car, hides a ton in the white paint.
Stripping it bare was easy, add a seat, harness and a few bits and bingo, you have one like I have.

That's cool. On trackdays in the UK they will send you home if they catch you timing (invalidates in the public liability insurance). If you have a competition licence you can do test days but they tend to be stupidly expensive.

Makes complete sense. Good way to keep open track day cost down too.

Time attack novice level is what I play with as well as just testing the car out. Without timing I would be lost with regards to what works and what does not on track.

But I can see the need for what you describe to just learn the car and ones abilities [or lack of] behind the wheel.

Surely you have events that allow timing, yes?
