official: what does that word mean thread.

new term lol front arch shaped piece- fender lol sorry had to say it

Just came across this one in the forums Rolling Road- Dyno (Dynometer)

Correct me if I'm wrong everyone,

Bulkhead = Firewall
Mental = Crazy, but crazy as in awesome
Petrol = Fuel or Gas

Also, I recommend that the list be in alphebetical order since it is a sticky, that way when someone sees a word and they want the meaning they don't have to read through the whole list. And if we go that far, the US spec meanings should be second and the overseas words first.

Dino you beat me to it i was going to say

Petrol - gas - go juice,

that is all i can think of anyway, feel a bit stupid really

Distributor cap - Dizzy cap

im all out sorry

great thread buy the way.:nice:

I'm not sure on this one... cv joint=driveshaft= axles

CV joints are seperate from teh drive shafts, but I know what you mean.

B pipe = Centre section

VTAK & Vtech = VTEC (I hate it when people call it VTech)

That one is quite obvious what it is, but the B Pipe one is a genuine respone. lol

well technically our cars dont have driveshafts, but thats what some people refer to them as so i thought i should include it, perhaps CV shaft is more accurate?

A. that vtak video was hilarious..
B. I think this thread is getting carried away by far. Between countries and everyones different nicknames, everything is going to be different. VTEC- VTAK and VTECH and VTECK thats just for stupid people that dont know hondas, its not what this thread was going for. In that case ill go out and say car =automobile, everyone knows that lol. We might as well open up a dictionary and go word for word apparently thats what its looking like. Anyway thats my 2 cents

That video is funny as ****!

I love taking the piss out of the idiots that don't have a clue, but I am always well up for helping people who actually want to learn about things.
