OBD2b to OBD1 conversion

Hi

2000 EK9 - looking to convert from OBD2B to OBD1 ECU via conversion harness i.e. Boomslang.

Basically going to run Hondata or Crome or other OBD1 tuning software.

Has anyone had any issues converting from OBD2b to OBD1 using a conversion harness? I've heard of stories of the RPM on the tacho not working? Anyone experienced this issue?

The harness works fine mate,I have brand new one here if your interested also!
It's a yonaka harness.
 
Never had a problem with my previews set up
I think I got one seating arrown
 
never heard of that before but it should be ok mate, mine never gave bother either
 
as above, running a skunk 2 obd2a - obd1 conversion harness on my prefacelift :)
