Non ABS 40/40 Prop valve (96-00 civic)

I think he knows what he is selling mate. Its not like this is his 1st one that he is selling.

and I'm sorry but I'd checked many forums about problem with bracking after swap rear disk brakes. And 50% of people are sayed that valve prop must change on 40/40, and 50% of people are saying that I can use my stock rear drum brakes valve prop.
 
Can I get payment details.
Just to make sure these are non abs, right?
