Nology Silver Spark Plugs!

Hmm they look interesting! hope someone has some experience with them..

I take it you've tried them then yea? if not..how would you know?

No i havent i dont need to, what diffrence are they really going to make over a set of ngk's ? Its all hype for nothink.

But they are using a silver tip instead of the usual iridium...how do you know its not gonna make a differnce? it shows silver is a much better conductor so i cant see it not helping in some form?

I know what your saying mate ime just going by past experience with expensive spark plugs which ive found no diffrent to a set of standard NGK plugs. In my opinion its not down to how expensive the spark plug is but more down to how new and fresh the plug is. But like i say thats just my opinion they might make a tiny extra X amount of hp and torque but really are you going to feel the diffrence ? If you did i bet its 99.9% mental.

gold and silver are actually used in some race cars as a conducting material or to reflect heat. The mclaren F1 had gold leaf in the engine bay to reflect heat and keep things cool. Silver is probably going to last longer than iridium i would say, so it may be more effective in higher powered cars if the driver was looking to make sure things didnt give up when driving hard. Soembody needs to try them to though to really have any idea

Well....LOL @ this topic.

So many haters! lol

I think I will give these a try anyway because like has been said...someone needs to!

I probably wont see much of an improvement in performance, if any, but thats not what I'm going for right now.

I wanna make sure I have the right plug that offers best performance for the engine, allowing it to work at it's 100% cabability at all times without the lose that can be created by using a cheap plug.

I know NGK and Denso iridium plugs are good. I have always used them, but I feel these may work well, especially when paired with the Nology hotwires.
