What you want are 16x7, 5x114.3 wheels. 16" wide rim diameter, 7" wide wheel.
In 5x114.3, the "5" is how many lugs, and the "114.3" is how far apart the lugs are when measured from one lug to the farthest opposing lug.
I would recommend +40 offset versus +45. Search offset on this site, there are a few threads explaining it.
And the tire size you posted is correct for your application, but the tires may or may not be separate from the wheel purchase.
For the size you posted, "205" would be the tread width in mm, "45" would be the aspect ratio (which means the sidewall is 45% the height of the treads width) and "16" is the rim diameter the tire is going on.
