Guess what i just came accross in the Jap auctions. A couple of the new CR-Z's.
What do you think?
I know there is already lots of pics about but it is just the first one i have seen in Japan

never even heard of a cr-z before, looks shocking!
 
I was thinking about being the first in the UK to get one but it would cost me about £20k and they will be out here in the UK in about 4 months time. The UK one will be about £17k - £20k. Its not even unique getting a white one as Honda will also be selling white.
Also for that money on a Honda wouldn't most people just get a FD2!

looks kind of like the new megane but looks awful and is automatic:nono:
 
are these auction ones cheaper then dealer? if not why not just go buy it new in japan then import it
 
You can buy a manual gear box in Japan. Brand new from a Jap dealer is 2,200,000Y (£15,700) or 2,450,000Y (£17,500). On top of this to get it here you have £500 shipping + 10% EU tax + 17.5% UK VAT so would cost a lot more than UK dealer cost.

Doesn't the front grill look like an Audi and the front end like the new VW Scirocco

Ah i dont really rate it does look a bit like an elongated clio ! or a megane :D i heard they come in 1.5L hybrid ? not too quick then i guess ...
 
this cr-z suppose to replace the cr-x but the cr-x is better looking
