hi guys ive just joined the forum today.
I'm 21 and from a little town in scotland called Ayr
i have an ek4 which i hope you dont mind since its an ek9 forum.

i got my ek4 around sep/oct time after swapping my supra for it. being desperate at the time and waiting months to get a civic i hardly looked over the car (silly move i know) so after a week or two i started getting problem after problem so right now i have it off the road

I stripped out and noticed that its a complete mess water leaking in from the sunroof drain which has flooded the inside. really poor paintwork, crash damage to the front end, stupid amp wiring, damaged wheels, poor wheel nuts that have threaded all my studs, no ABS and so much more. so ive decided to build it from the ground up

Over the next few months i will be doing the following
new body work fixing all bumpers and crash damage
Fresh respray from black to blue
fix the ABS
facelift conversion
fix the key barrel (key comes out when engine is on)
set of ROTA GT3 alloys
brand new set of branded tyres
wheel nuts
hub studs
new batter
upgraded brakes
suspension
new interior (front and back seats and possibly ek9 door cards)
new carpet
new exhaust
new clutch
B18C-R swap
S80 gearbox with 4.7FD

anyway just thought i would let you guys know my story and looking forward to becoming a regular member on these forums

Thanks

U should just stick the engine in a hatch :p unfortunately my civic won't be ready for then mate :( if I sell some more part from my Scooby impreza i hope make one around April and get a look at your dc2

Welcome along, bit of a shame to discover all those problems just after you bought the car. Good luck with it. Sounds like you have some impressive plans! :)
