need help with noise

hows it going had my ek9 5weeks now last week gear shift became stiff not all the time just now and again so changed my gear box oil to landy mtf94 now im getting a rattling noise when i push the clutch in to select gear it only happens when it goes in to gear it goes away when driving gear shift is still stiff any help please it driving me mad

Throw out bearing for extra security rpl. Input shaft bearing as well.

took my box out today for a look and found a few peice's of metal from the clutch plate between the pressure plate and flywheel and release bearing dosent sound to healthy either gonna but an exedy oem clutch kit tomoro any one know what their like havent the money for a better one so it may do im so i found the prob

there a grand clutch dude,sure you may aswell upgrade to a lightweight flywheel while the box is out and change bearing, seals and any syncros that need done if you got the money,just get a honda release bearing as they will last alot longer than most aftermarket ones
