need help on valve stem seals

need help on valve stem seals
cant pull them.
the block is stripped down to nothing
head i have it down to valve stem seals.
and i cant pull them any ideas?
i think they are melted onto the valve guide. trick to get them off?

they make a valve stem puller and you can find it just about any good tool shop or store.
i used a couple flat head screw drivers to get mine off before i found the tool.
with the flat heads or the special tool you will destroy the old valve guides, so be sure to order brand new ones to replace them.

small long nose visegrip does the job just give them a slight clamping and they should twist off handy!!

replacing them on b16b head at the moment they are a pig to get off got a loan of the tool to pull them off it makes the job 100% handier to do
