My Ek9 Type Rx


Car looks immaculate mate!!

The first thing i done was to buy new badges and decals aswell!!

Hi Duncan, i just ordered a fresh set not going to put it on just yet, like to have spares lying around. :)

+ got a few mates with 9's and another picking one up this weekend i think, if i don't use them ill just give them to him.

Yeah should get the new mag soon :) looking forward to reading it.

Little update, new wheels should be here soon. Matt Black Rota slipstreams 15 x 7 ET 40 wrapped in Yokohama Prada spec 2's

Also a new thermostat as i think my one is kaput, waxoyl this Friday, service next week by Honda.

Fitted new badges yesterday.

Cheers mate, yeah you beat me to them otherwise i would have snatched those up.
Really like bronze wheels on a white 9, but can't find any in bronze to save my life!

Get the Yokohama Advan Neova AD08 they are amazing tyres :bow: IMO the best road tyre for the 15" Honda Type R's.
Sorry i didn't notice the thermostat, if i had i would have changed it for you. Are you going to do any of the service yourself or the thermostat? Both easy to do and loads of help here or from me if you get stuck.

This car looks exceptionally clean, seats look almost unused :nice:
 
Car has just been serviced at Honda in Aberdeen, the reason it went there in the first place is because i wanted to build up some UK Honda service history, thermostat is done also,

4 big boxes arrived today, Rota slips, and yokohama prada spec 2's,
got a decat to go on and a spoon gear knob. My spoon system should be in 2 weeks or so :)

anyway.

also treated the car to a good clean and a good couple of layers of wax. :)
 
arrggh you should have gone to tegiwa for the stickers, half the cose of honda.
 
did they look surprised when it went into honda? my honda dealer had never seen one!!

Well i only got the rear one from Honda and got a Tegiwa set didn't realise it came with the rear aswell.

Yeah all of the mechanics came out to see it :win:

Cheers guys, just received a new set of mats to keep my original ones mint!
