Sorry to hear about the engine, when timing it up remember to use playdough to test if you have piston to valve contact.

I tgink i might have missed it but what colour did you go for in the end with your respray? Looks really good

Thanks Dude. how do you mean now? how would i do that? As in sit a small bit on top of the piston an turn it over by hand is it?

Engine bay will be original colour from factory (Frost White) which is what it is now but just a fresh coat

The car is frost white too. (Her factory colour )

Re colour i just wanted to know if my eg3 was the same shade of white as im thinking about colour coding bump strips and door handles when i get arches done.
Let us know how the engine build goes. You keeping the pr3 head or going p72?

I find build threads always motivate me to do more to it cos ppl are watching hahahaha.

My head is rebuilt to Type R B16b standard. so its basically a b16b head so il bolt that to it
