you would be getting much better acceleration and speed with 15" wheels and 195x50 tyres then 17" 205/45/17
diameters 576 vs 616.3 ...which is big difference

the diameters of the brakes
front brakes XYZ 6piston calipers and 330x34 disc
rear brakes brembo 2piston calipers and 310x24 disc
a cannot smaller than 17in
 
Sory but in my opinion this b16 with Skunks is not fast in any ways...0-100, 100-160...My stock b16 in hatch with s4c was MUCH faster.
