Cheers fella they are actually only like 3 years old. When i got the car there was a invoice from honda for two new ones at a cost of like £600, crazy notes i know but im not complaining!

so been a while since I last updated this, not much in the likes of mods just long overdue maintanence.

so took the car in to work and began the delicate task of putting it on my lift. (lowness)

had noticed some crazy wobble and vibrations from the rear under hard cornering and braking so upon inspection I noticed this! :

as you can see the bush had completely separated from its core causing the LCA to slide back and forth at will
Decided to replace them with these D2 ones in Gold.

next my near side rear wheel bearing was shot so replaced that.

was a nightmare finding a aftermarket replacement but managed to get a blueprint/ADL one for £80. when I checked it with the old one is had exactly the same part numbers on so cant complain at that!

Then finaly decided to give the car a full service

-5W40 synthetic Quantum Platinum oil
-75W85 Cusco Mission Oil (cost a small fortune!)
-NGK Iridium laser R's
-Honda Type 2 coolant
-BG 109 Engine flush, BG 44K fuel treatment, BG M.O.A & RF 7 oil treatment
I'm aware the vast majority of additives on the market are basically bull **** in a bottle but i went on a seminar with "BG" for work and have since decided to supply it to our customers, I wont go into the details but the results and demonstrations of the products are mind blowing.

when I finished I decided to give the car a quick detail by hand as it was a gorgeous evening, here are the results:

Autosmart Super S polish
Autosmart HD Wax
Autosmart Silver Seal
1 microfiber cloth & 3 applicator pads.

Wow thanks mate yeah i couldnt get the right money so i decided to keep it. Test drove a few dc5's and imprezas but for some reason they just didnt do it for me. Quite happy to keep it but id listen to a qenuine offer at the right price.

Yeah i do mate, amazing bit of kit far more grip over oem just a little extreme on the road at times. i know mate ive been meaning to get it done for ages now just one of them messy jobs you keep putting off you know? Haha
