Ok, after looking for a quieter exhaust then whats on my car atm( N1) I found out many mufflers wont fit our cars as it has such a short overhang in the rear. so Ive made the choice to go with a twinloop, will I have any trouble fitting a twinloop from an Integra Type R ? do the CTR mugen t/l and ITR t/t differ at all ? I mean in dimesions . cheers

the itr back box is longer so wont fit. but there is plenty of ek twin loops out there. and if im right im sure they fit straight onto the std ek9 b pipe as it has the same flanges as stock

oh... so the box it self IS longer so an ITR wont fit behind the axle even if you were to weld it on ?

I've test fitted a DC2 twinloop on my EK.

The barrel is bigger so in turn the 'loop' is 'longer' (than EK ones) and it touches the rear sway bar. Even if you modify it the tip will stick out far to much.

Thats very helpful mate! :nice:

hey guys just an updeate on this, Ive tried to look for a mugen one everywhere and was unsucessful, so went and bought the ebay OBX one.
I must say I am VERY impressed with this muffler. very very quiet, sliiiiiiiiiiiiiiightly louder than factory, no rattly sound, very deep (at least sofar)
Ill see how it stands up.

will try an get some, but they look identical to the mugen twin loops minus the badging. and its very compact so will fit in our tight space behind the axle. it was almost impossible to find a quiet muffler other than stock that fit my car. but this one fit just fine

The Spoon Street along with the Spoon B pipe is quite quiet while sounding very raspy. IMO a very good all round setup.
Dunx
