msd ignition


no problems with my car . i was talking to a friend and he has fitted the msd ignition to his b18 eg civic and he said it has made a noticeable difference and i was just wondering if anyone has fitted it to there ek9.
 
OEM ignition setup is good up to at least 400whp unless your are making more then that OEM is fine, it would be better to spend the money on gearing, head porting, tuning, cams etc...

for example i personally use OEM ignition and i am making 333whp.
 
they make a great Product almost a must for muscle cars, i have a MSD ingntion {got it in trade} and it works fine quicker start-ups. but like other have said you could spend the money on other go fast stuff .
OEM ignition should be all you need
 
As others have said, you dont need MSD ignition,

I use a 6a+blaster coil but thats because of the power my car makes, otherwise I would have kept stock.
