i believe the recaros are from the pre-facelift anniversary ep3 so they are quite rare. only pairs made ive heard.

they are Artec Pa. i picked up some rota but they were 8j wide lol so a guy i know who loves crazy fitment swapped with me

i do love the gt3s to but they are so common and need refurbing.

these also give such a different look and i like it.

Got the car and the lights were pretty discoloured so wanted to get it fixed up.

but were a previous owner did the DIY ek9 job the amount of sealant he used was so pointless, so it took my mate and i 2 hours or so just to cut the sealant off and get the lenses off

here are the pictures

Before

First one off and just a little amount of sealant we cut off

the rest of the **** lol

how cloudy they got after we did some sanding, we used 2000grit paper

We used autoglym metal polisher as halfords didnt have any plastic stuff, this was just the start of polishing

Finished the polishing with autoglym super resin polish (love that ****)

afterwards and back on the car

Yea can understand that. I feel like a kid at the ek9 meets as most of the guys are slightly older lol. I still enjoy them but working weekends now so makes no difference
