Just curious as to what mani is best it looks to me like skunk2 alpha series tegiwas toda rep or the spoon 4-2-1 what do ye think??

Also mine is unmarked but was told its a 5zigen only thing stoppin me from changin it is apart from needin to be polished its MINT like theres not a mark on it... if i did change to one of the above would it be worth my while (im running a 2.5 skunk2 system) Thanks lads smiles :thanks:

if you've already got an aftermarket manifold i wouldn't bother spending £££ more on another one for a few hp. be different if you where going from standard, but you have a manifold that is in good condition.

Perfect thats all i wanted to know thanks lads :nice: il just sand an polish my own one

Are u still goin high compression ?

If your Mani is 2.25' it would be good to get a 2.5' Mani if your goin the high compression route . A cheap option would be sell your Mani and get a 98 spec Mani , won't cost u much in the difference .

Naw man high compression has gone out the window sadly  my mani is 2.5

Anyone know the price of a Fujitsubo 4 - 2 -1 manifold for an ek9? Cant find one anywhere

TEGIWA B-series manifold - one of the best off the shelf headers available. PROVEN!

Solid Line: Totally standard JDM 98spec ITR.
Dotted Line: ^^ + Tegiwa 4-2-1
Broken Line: ^^ + Tegiwa 4-2-1 & Carbon Airbox.

Can i just ask tegiwa, were there any adjustments to the engine map between adding your mani and airbox?

One thing I found about the Toda was that is worked very well on the std map (JDM DC2 here). I gained a good wedge of power fitting the Toda, but my remap gained my less than 1bhp over the oem ecu. the only real notable gains were in the midrange by moving the Vtec Xover point down (to under 4k).
