im looking in to buying a j's racing induction kit (whales cock) and was wondering if any body would know if it will fit my car?

i have a year 2000 ej9 with a b16b swap and i have doubts whether it will fit

i know with the ek9/4 there is a hole cut in the engine bay for a cold air feed that feeds to where the white air box sits and on my car there is no hole.

im just wondering where th actual cone part sits whether its slightly in the whole or on top?

any help apprieciated

thanks

will deffo fit no probs,my engine bay in in my avater and you will see from looking at that it will fit:nice:

Yeah, sits above the hole so no probs, you'll just be missing a great potential cold air feed :(

Still get to enjoy that beautiful sound though!! :):):D

i tink the ej or ek.. the chassis design is the same.

i have a ek2 chassis n the hole there is sealed.

i jst got my mech to cut a hole there n got myself a whale cock induction kit installed.

works fine. fit nicely too :).. so jst go get some guy to cut the hole for u. n u'll get a lovely CAI intake like me :D
