Acceleration is not smooth, throttle is jerky inc pedal. Any ideas?

TPS, throttle position sensor! I just replaced my whole throttle body last night to test if mines was gone...... YUP! so much smother!

You can tune the one you have, involves drilling out snap off bolts that hold it in and using a volt meter to measure 4.5v when throttle fully open and 0.45v when fully closed.

If you google it there is a few guides out there :nice:

I wonder if it's the throttle cable..... It's the pedal that feels a bit sticky when pulling away in 1st

Ye or could be grimyand sticking at the tb. Take it off, clean it, reset the cable and see. Maybe a bit od carb cleaner in the tb? Might me mechanical and not a tps.

Absolutely! 1st attempt should be the cheapest and easiest! Give it all a clean it takes 1 hour max to take off clean and back on! Make sure to adjust throttle cable too to eliminate that:nice:

If this doesnt fix it, i place bets on TPS :nice:
