I have been searching for answers for the last two days with no luck...
I had the CTR swap done last week, took it in for inspection, had to swap my chipped P28 ECU for a P2P ECU. I was told to drive it to put miles on it so the readiness monitors would clear. I have driven 50 miles a day for the last 3 days, everytime I park it for the night, the CEL comes back on, having to restart the process all over again. The readiness flags NEVER get reset and I cannot clear inspection.
The code associated with the CEL was P0453. It comes back as EVAP voltage too high or fuel tank pressure sensor voltage too high...
My EVAP canister has a sensor on it that I have not seen on other evap canisters
I am completely stumped by this and so is the technician at the inspection station. It's annoying as I end up back at square one every night when I get home and cannot clear the ready flags
