how to put up pics

here is my problem i have a load of pics of my car saved on my computer but cant seam to figure out how to load them on to the web site. iv tryed copy and paste not working can any one help

join Image hosting, free photo sharing & video sharing at Photobucket .
upload to there then copy and paste 4th the code under the pic, when you then post ur comment with the code from picture , the picture will apper .
