Hey! I bought a two piece carbon fibre ek9 spoiler from the U.S and it arrived today, i can see where the baseplate fits onto the car (ek4 vti) easy enough but im not sure how the actual spoiler bit fits on the baseplate?

Whether i just use screws or i might need some sort of bracket? surely if i just use screws the spoiler might just fall off as there is no screws coming from the ek9 spoiler bit, i can only screw into the spoiler...here are some pics of what i mean...

Here is the bottom of the spoiler, but no screws?..

looks to me like the screws on the spoiler are missing mate, there should be screws like on your baseplate.
i'd get onto whoever it was that sold you it.

Hmmm, I bought some front and rear bumper lips replicas and they came with no screws, as pateras said, get some from a hardware store :)

It's called aftermarket parts. Did they embeded some nut in the spoiler so that you can get some screw to fasten from the base?

If they don't have nut in the spoiler, then your best chance is to glue them together with some expoxy. No worry.
