Hi there,

My J's Racing Rear Strut Bar is going to be here in the post tomorrow, was wondering how i would could square or rectangle holes for the rear strut bar and with what?

Please advise :(

Mark it up, take it out, drill a pilot hole, then cut with a jigsaw. Best piece of advice is to start small - you can always work the shape larger/neater with sandpaper.

If you want to get a really neat finish, pop down to a decent sized halfords or the like and find youself some of that rubber door trim/gasket to run round the edges of the cut. This stuff:

You could drill a pilot hole and then use a core drill, that way you're pretty much guaranteed a prefectly round hole
