How often to change oil filter?

Do you guys change the oil filter with every oil change at 3000 miles?

In my track car I change it every 3000 km

as said honda recommends 6k but youll find most enthusiasts change around every 3k

if you track car or really give it stick every day then 3k is recommended and good quality oil also helps and breaks down slower than cheaper stuff

i just buy case of filters from honda and case of oil every year or so now

in my turbo civic every 2500miles, my other car i use synthetic and change it every 7000miles, most OEM's say between 5-8k miles but thats for people who drive normal
