How many people here run TAKATA's in their cars??? Was just discussing this with a mate and was interested to know how many people actually run them in their everyday/track cars?

I'll start it off, I'll admit they are expensive but cant beat the look and quality of them in a honda.

I do and I love them. They are expensive but I can put them in any car I have or the resale value on them is pretty good.

I have one as a driver, my passenger (when I have one on track) just has to hold on, because I cant justify the cost of a second and a different one on the passenger side would send me mad.

Depends on how much money you have i think the money you save not buying em can be puut to good use elsewhere i use trs for my harness unfortunatley not many jdm points but this isnt civiclife! Haha

I run 2 x 4point Omp harneses. Picked them up for £60 almost new.

Saved a lot of money, put the savings towards getting the car mapped :-D

I have sets unopened, unused :( awaiting recaros to fit

Using sparco harness in mine, as said not much jdm points but i cant justify £200+ each for them.

I run the OEM TAKATA seatbelts anyway :p

I have them on the driver's side and passenger side on my daily driver and really like them

They do look cool and gets you extra jdm points haha! Thinking about gettin rid of mine but will prob regret it! Really nice n tight though!

Im running takata harnesses, 6pt.

Dont all civics have takatas from the factory?

I think the majority, if not all, japanese vehicles' seatbelts are takata made. My friend's nissan s14 OEM seatbelts has the takata label and so does the civics

I ran one in my EK4 , but think i will run something else in my EG. Want a different colour :)
