Not actually a ladyboy, guys, a transsexual which means if the work's all done she's a she right down to the parts you don't see in those pics. Although if it's not quite finished yet, that would be, um, a big surprise. I have to admit I had no clue from looking at the pictures, my only thought was she was kind of thin. Pretty amazing what they can do nowadays.
 
tbh don't you think it looks like the face has been photo shopped onto all them bodies?
