hondata obd question

well people can anyone tell me is there a conversion harness available to go from obd1 to obd2b?
i ask because a friend has been offered a hondata ecu for small money its in an eg6 sir and he wants to put it in a facelift ek9.
help appreciated!!

Which hondata? S200, S300?
All hondata systems are obd1...but can be used on obd2 civics with a conversion harness.
