Honda Accord Type R Championship White


Even more impressive that its fairly stock after seeing it in action !!
 
this one has been resprayed hence why you hardly see any white ones. i've caused quite a stir across the Honda forums this weekend and has made me want to make this car more track orientated and quicker.

Was there any more commercial photographers apart from XSP at japfest? Are these old pics?

Was it resprayed? Vinyl wrapped? Euro import?
 
Looks awesome, been hearing about your driving skills from the weekend. I'm sure I saw this for sale around 6 months ago when I was looking at Accords, how long have you had it?

Cheers for your comments. Stickier tyres and power is my next port of call, manifold and remap at tdi north will get me 250 maybe just over.

This one has been resprayed white by the previous owner. Swapped it for my crx.

Very under rated car in my eyes, I've had it since end of January and it was sprayed untill December but think it was more than likely a different one you were looking at

I reccomend R1Rs they can be had quite cheap too. vids are pretty good.

Is it a standard ECU, if so do you know what ECU it is? Would like to know if my ECU can be remapped by them also.
 
seen this at japfest, was going round real well and plenty of commitment into the corner i was watching at! lol

sorry bud, egr black I made from a piece of steel and bolted between the manifold and egr valve, eml is on for my decat and knock sensor, nothing from the egr blank. will look into tyres beginning of next year I think but will keep them in mind. have to buy a aftermarket hondata s300 to be able to have it mapped.
