HELP with my vtec!!!

well everyone!

i have an ek4 vti civic and i am havin problems.
the car wont go over 125 i dnt no wat is worng?
I BOUGHT IT STANDARD AND ADDED A DECAT AND FULLL SYSTEM ON IT AND INDUCTION KIT, THE KIT IS PRETTY FAST GETTN TO 100, THEN NOT 2 BAD TO 120 THEN ITS A STRUGGLE TO GAIN ANY MORE SPEED? wat could be worng?
all advice will be much appreciated!

your second o2 sensor does have a bi pass?
 
Is your engine light on ? What is the top speed ment to be ?

to be honest with you i would imagine the EK4 would struggle to pull past 120mph.... I think thats just lack of power mate...

What RPM are you at 120MPH? As what ever it is, get a rough jist of HP at that rev and see that you need a bit more HP at that rev to pull you through......

Before my spoon ECU on my EK9 i used to hit limit at 120MPH in 4th, change to 5th and not much would really happen, pulled a bit yeah but not that much really.....

Then spoon ECU has allowed me to hit 130MPH in 4th gear now and pulls much better after 120MPH, after 130MPH in 5th doesnt pull that much again..... I cant get anymore then 140MPH out of my EK9, just doesnt pull after that..... and from 130MPH-140MPH in 5th its a bit slow to be honest due to me being in a lowish rev, well around 7500RPM @140MPH, when limit is @9100RPM... But at 7500RPM i will only be producing around 150BHP(ish) and thats not enough to pull past 140MPH, evidentally.

You see what im saying?

well ive beaten a few EK4's EG VTI's easily, modded ones too, soo.....

I will put that down to his clocks were out by a good margin or he was flying downhill?

I have only tryed getting past 140 on 1 occasion, and wouldnt budge over....
 
ive had over 140 manys a time in various ek4s!one had a mines digital speedo basic mods 235 km/hr...dont know bout my type r yet as im afraid of gettin caught and its pretty standard so probably still limited.

em no engine lites on and i took it down motorway and it went past 140 but when i get to 125 it seems to stick then i just double clutch uno and it goes on past it:S the car is really quick getn to 120mph
 
wonder y mines doesnt really?
im getn a v2 aem long reach indcution kit tonite, does ne think they r gud for noise and more power gain?
atm i have a k n n air filter just, sounds ok:S
