Have u guys tried this ?(Solv coolant leak repaire)

I had some leak from the corner of my engine head today I thought I need pay like 200quid for fix this one...well I phoned my garage, they asked me drive to and only spent 5mins...after they put a can of this into my coolant. The leak was stopped actually They rekon if is not work we have to totally strip them off.
However, it seems like no leak anymore for this whole afternoon though.
What do you guys think? Does this reliable?(

In a road car it should cause you a problem. If this is a track car then you need to flush the stuff out and fix it properly. It lowers the heat transfer rate inside the engine which will cause hot spots in places if the engine driven hard enough.
