Hey, My name is Carl. Live in ireland and own a Red EJ9.

Actally, while im here, what color is my car? like specifically.

it was painted not so long ago, but seems darker than milliano red?

but the color code is "R-81"? Hmmph

Hi mate, :welcome: nice ej.

In terms of the colour if it's R81 then it's milano red, there's like 7 different shades of milano red though.

Nice Civic.

Hard to tell what shade of red you have. At first I thought it was the red on my 1988 accord.. but as i say its hard to compare the photos due to the light differences...

Yeh does look very similar, but then again your also correct about the lighting. Suppose ill jsut go and get it paint matched lol:dance:
 
Looks good any mods planned? My EM1 is Milano red but doesn't look like its the right hue either.
 
Nice. Difficult to tell with those light levels but to me that looks similar to a 4G colour off the JDM CRX that everyone refers too as 'Wine Red' not sure what the official code is. Have a look below:

The more I look at it the shade seems to be different. Can you post any pics in decent light levels?
 
Nice civic. What kind of oem wheels are those I am from the US and never seen them before.
