So now I've got my new Meister zeta R coilovers and my slightly bigger wheels (16x7) I wanted to get them fitted and setup properly all at the same time. I'd love to fit the suspension myself but I've just moved house and every spare moment I have I usually have a paint brush in hand!
Anyway I contacted a couple of local places about the job.
1st place is just a garage that also does geo setups they said they'd do the whole thing for £200
2nd place is a company that builds race cars for the Britcar series they quoted me £350+vat however this was worst case scenario having not seen my car the guy quoted for 4hrs labour to swap the suspension(£50+vat per hour) This price also included corner weighting, is this necessary? He also mentioned shortening my track arms because of the lower ride height?
So should I stump up the extra cash for garage number 2 or will I be ok with garage number 1?
