Gear shift bushes

i bought 2 energy gear shift bushes for my civic, iv got one on which is the obvious one underneath big one but the smaller one i dont have a clue where it goes. help please. pics would help

One goes at the front of the linkage one goes in the rear.

iv got no 16 fitted but i dont have a clue where the other goes. i never removed anything that looks like it when doing the shifter

one goes under the gerar stick (the one youve fitted) and the other one goes on the suport rod where it bolts to the gear box (no.30)
