not sure on the headers. but their exhausts are top quality from what i have heard and seen

well we got them anyway & it looks like it's the real thing.

here are the primary & secondary tube measurements.

43.00mm primary
51.00mm secondary

the primary tubes look about ok for a B16 but i'm not sure about the secondaries, it should be about 48mm, it's just as big as my stock exhaust pipe.

well it is jasma stamped so it aint a cheapo from ebay. the flange that bolts to the head looks the same as my dc sports one. my mate has a fujistubo header on his ek9 so no dout he will post up after work.

i am running a fujistubo cat back on my ek4 its a very good exhaust and very good quality

my bro got it for $275 which isn't a bad deal, it's the same price as those el cheapo headers in ebay.

what is a JASMA stamp? sorry for the noob question im still learning

Fujitsubo Headers are great. Infact, i had a friend with a full system made by fujitsubo and it was spot on.
Good build and beautiful tone

JASMA stands for Japanese Automobile Sports Muffler Association and there are essentially two types of certification: JASMA "Street Use" and JASMA "Race Use".:secret:

thanks mate! :nice: that made breathe a sigh of relief, any dynographs from your friend by any chance? :D it will be fitted to a B16A2 engine.

just cleaned the headers but we didn't polish so we did this instead.

wrapped the header with thermal wrap, it's the locally made stuff but good enough to do the job, cost only $45 for 50ft, we're painting it over with VHT header paint (flat black), will post up the pic later.

here are more pics, painted with VHT Ceramic header paint & installed.

we installed it & it is for 16B/18C engine as the downpipe protrudes much lower but we're not planning on lowering the car as the roads here suck.

next we're gonna go hunting for the full exhaust, any brand will do as long as it's got 60mm tubing.

follow through with fujitsubo exhaust.

i hope fujitsubo made a full system for the EK4 4dr sedan, the header we used is for the EK9, they are quite rare as very few companies in japan make nice parts for 4dr EK.

after days of searching the local honda forums we finally got a full system for my bro's EK4 sedan, it's a Fujitsubo 60mm chambered muffler exhaust system & it's in fairly decent condition, it came off from a DC2 96 spec & there's only a single modification neede to make the whole midpipe & muffler fit the sedan.

will post pics as it's being installed, finally we have an FGK full system, JDM all the way.

IIRC, the other option for future users is buy the EK9 specific catback and just lengthen the tip of the muffler.

It's how it is done on Spoon's first generation mufflers and other makers like certain Zigen models have done that in the past as well.
