They are aluminum, very very very light, and come unpainted. you can powdercoat them or spray paint them how you like.

Pictures arn't very good. Don't show the product enough and mayb IMO if it was carbon loads would be interested...
 
Ill take some better pics today, they are very well made and quality is very good. very light yet very strong. I painted mine in satin black but you can powder coat/spray paint to your needs. dont be afraid to make an offer ! :)

also some pics of fitment to bumper will be helpful. Does it come with all fixings?
 
nope, just needs to be drilled and some nut and bolts are all thats needed :)
